A particular date of the Panchang calendar is called Tithi. To clarify, each of the Moon’s arcs depicts a Tithi of a month, and each tithi occurs twice in one month. Thus, these are also called the Panchang dates or the Panchang date system
According to the 12 deg shift the days are calculated and each tithi falls as folows. The specific appearance day etc is as per Tithi

Day 15: Purnima or Poornima
Again Poornima or Amavasya may vary slightly based on planetary position of Sun ,Moon and few other planets which come on the way.
Now depending on the Tithi when Krsna took birth the dates today vary. We need to rememeber that Hindu Calendar is cyclic and not linear like English Calendars. Brahmas one day is 4billion330Million years long. In that one day Supreme Personality of God Head Krsna appears only once.. and in this one day 1000 times Satya-Treta-Dwapar-Kali Yug comes and goes. Also since there are millions of other planets these cycles continue there as well. So the first day when Krsna appeared in this Brahma day where we are living, which is in linear calendar some 5000 man calendar year ago the same tithi may be divided in two /three days also .. as tithis are important hence every year Durga Puja etc also changes.. However since today we are busy with Temple service in some other time I can discuss at length
Hare Krsna
